Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days — we'll notify you by email if this happens.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Rigly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged or Lost Packages
Rigly is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
